RETURN HOME

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN?


We will process your return on the same day we receive your item(s).

Once it has been processed we will send you confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process your refund.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You have 21 days to return an item to us from date of receipt.

HOW DO I RETURN A PARCEL?

If you wish to return a parcel please ensure the items are in a pristine resalable condition and unworn with ALL the tags attached, otherwise we will not guarantee they will be accepted, and follow this process :

Repackage the item in the original packaging.
Complete the returns form with your name and order details, including the reason for the return.
Place the returns form in the parcel with your return. Without this we will not be able to process your return.
Choose how you would like to return the parcel to us.
BY POST (please note we are unable to refund the postage cost of returns made via post)

We recommend you use a tracked service as we are unable to refund items that do not reach us.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse.

FREE UK RETURNS WITH DPD

Attach the DPD label received with your parcel.
Enter your order number.
Drop off your parcel at a local DPD drop off store.
Please see the DPD website for the locations of their stores.
Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@emilyclothing.com so that we can attempt to stop delivery. If your order has already been dispatched we may still charge you for delivery.

International Returns

Please return your parcel using your local postal service. Please note the cost of returning your parcel is your responsibility and we recommend using a tracked service as we are unable to refund items that do not reach us.
