Will I be charged if I need to change the delivery address?

We at Emily Clothing will not charge you to change your delivery address, providing your delivery new address is in the same region as the one you change it from and as long as it is done before your goods have been dispatched.

Once they are dispatched, they are with the courier company. The courier company does have a charge for a redirection. If you would like to change your delivery address after the goods have been dispatched, please inform us and we can get this organised for you. Payment for this is made to us and then we will let the couriers know to redirect your dispatch.
